Fun Filled Weekend!

This weekend was super fun!  Aunt Gigi & Uncle Chris came down for a visit and we packed in tons of fun things in the short 2 days they were here!

First we went to the Dublin pool but because of some thunderstorms we had to leave after an hour!  Then we went for a quick dinner at 101 Beer Kitchen (delicious & even child friendly) and then off to take Bryson to his very first movie in a theater... Monsters University!  It was super cute and he did so great, only getting antsy towards the last 10 minutes!  

We got up early on Sunday morning to head to the zoo, it was super hot but we still had fun in the short 2 hours we were there!  Bryson loves Dinosaur Island & feeding the Larokeets!  

Once Bryson was down for his nap, we left Jeff at home in charge and headed over to get Chris his first tattoo, in honor of Liam!  It turned out better than we could have imagined!  Truly awesome!  

We can't wait for Aunt Gigi & Uncle Chris to come back soon!  Better yet, we wish they could just move here!

We finished off the evening with a short bike ride!!!  Jeff is on vacation this week so I'm sure we will have much more fun in store!


Soccer Camp

Bryson started soccer camp today!  He had so much fun running around and kicking the balls!  He especially liked the "Freeze" game!

We can't wait to play soccer the rest of the summer!

Dinosaur Island & Sting Ray Bay

This year, The Columbus Zoo @ Aquarium opened 2 new exhibits, Dinosaur Island & Sting Ray Bay.

This morning we went to check them out!  Bryson loved both of them although he didn't want to touch the sting rays but he loved watching them!  

Water Table Fun

I recently purchased a new water/sand table.  Our old one was a bit boring for Bryson.

Well, it was the best money I've spent in a long time!  Bryson played with it forever in the house and then today I took it outside and filled it with water... He played in it for 2 hours straight!  I even was able to read a bit of my book!  It was so cute watching him concentrate so hard on transferring the water to all the different cups... I see chemistry in his future!

Bryson's 2nd Birthday

Bryson had a wonderful 2nd "Toy Story" birthday!  We had his party at Pump It Up and everyone had a blast!  Most of Bryson's favorite people came to celebrate with him, although we missed a few that couldn't make it!   We even had some surprise special guests show up!!!  Buzz Lightyear & Woody came!  It was an awesome time!

I just can't believe my baby is 2!
