Walt Disney World: Day 3 & 4

On Sunday, we ventured off to Disney's Hollywood studios where Bryson had the chance to meet Winnie the Pooh (one of his favorites) and Buzz Lightyear and Woody!  Bryson also got to play at the "Honey I Shrunk the Kids" playground!  There wasn't too many rides we could go on with a baby but it was still a super fun day!

We spent Monday at the Magic Kingdom!  It was incredibly packed but we still had an amazing day!  We got to see the daytime parade and see a live Mickey & friends show!  We also saw a 3D movie!  

We took Bryson on the "Pirates of the Caribbean" ride and rode The Walt Disney Railroad around the park!!!

Bryson also got his first haircut at Disney but I will post about that a little later!  

Walt Disney World: Day 1 & 2

Last Friday, Jeff, Bryson, & I jetted off to Orlando, FL for Jeff to attend a Duke Radiology course and to also go to the Disney parks!  It was Bryson's first plane trip and he was awesome, he even fell asleep for more than 1/2 of the flight.

On Saturday, after Jeff finished up his morning at the conference, we headed over to Epcot!  We first headed back to the countries to get some lunch!  We decided on Germany for Brats and Beers!  We then did some walking around and had a chance to meet Mickey, Minnie, & Donald Duck!  We took Bryson on the "Finding Nemo" ride and he fell asleep in line (we did take him on it again later), we ate dinner at a great restaurant that was surrounded by a live aquarium.    

It was a wonderful day, full of smiles and excitement for all of us! 

Happy Valentine's Day

Visit from Grammy & Papa!

A few weekends ago, Grammy and Papa Rodgers came down for a visit!  Bryson had so much fun showing them all of his toys and playing together!

We got to go out for an early dinner at BJ's Brewery on Sunday and Bryson was a champ!  We had a wonderful few days with them and can't wait for them to come for a visit again soon

Bryson has a BFF!  His name is John Douglas and they are only 2 weeks apart!  John Douglas' mom, Robin and I try to get together on a regular basis for the boys to play and also for a little mommy converstion too!  

It is so fun to watch the boys play together!

9 Months...

I can't believe that our baby boy is 9 months already!  The time truly has flown by! 

He is getting so big!  He already has 6 teeth and is pulling himself up and cruising around on furniture.

He loves to hear himself babble and make noise! 

 And of course, he is always smiling for everyone! 

The Lord blessed us with one of the happiest babies I have ever known!

At his 9 month check up:

19 lbs. 3 oz. (25%)

27.5 inches (21%)

Still a peanut but perfect as can be!

My Gym!

In the fall, we signed up Bryson for a "mommy & me" type gym class at My Gym in Powell!

 He absolutely loved it!  We made a few new friends and Daddy was even able to join us a few times!

 

Unfortunately, My Gym closed just before the new year but we are excited to be starting a new music class at WeJoySing next week!
